	. Attorney Profiles Brett Batty - brett@battylawfirm.com was born in Chicago, Illinois in November, 1970. After living in the northern part of the state, he relocated with his family in 1987 to the city of Litchfield, Illinois, and eventually graduated from Litchfield High School in 1989. Brett went on to attend Southern Illinois University, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He continued his studies, earning a Masters degree in Business Administration the following year. Thereafter, he matriculated at Michigan State University's College of Law, eventually receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1998. That same year, he became licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri. A year later in 1999, Brett became licensed as an attorney in Illinois. He practiced in metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri from 1998 to 2002. In 2003, he formed Batty Law Firm, Ltd. in his hometown of Litchfield, Illinois. Brett remains active in the local community, and serves on the Board of Directors with several local entities, including the Litchfield Chamber of Commerce. When not working, he enjoys playing golf, snow-skiing and boating.
